Founded in 2008, b-fresh consulting is a national, full service project management, issue advocacy, stakeholder engagement and public relations firm headquartered in New Hampshire.
Our goal is simple. We help navigate our clients towards the best path to achieving their goals.
To accomplish this, we develop a unique plan that is tailored to their needs and support them with a full complement of services ranging from digital marketing and web design to video testimonials, direct stakeholder engagement and traditional lobbying.

In 2018, b-fresh's founder Sarah Stewart, was appointed by New Hampshire Governor Chris Sununu to serve as the Commissioner of the Department of Natural and Cultural Resources.
b-fresh is now managed by co-principals Andrew Provencher and Tom DeRosa.
